Did not expect such a product from l oreal esp after so much research that goes into their products. The colour barely covers 70 percent of Grey's. The hair is not smooth nor shiny. Their box products do a much better job.

good color.. looks safe also. no ammonia smell.. most probably its 100% ammonia free also
