Reasonable and works like magic!

I have been looking for a good Top Matte Coat and most of them were from high-end brands. I'm glad that L'Oreal has reasonably priced Top Matte Coat and it works really well. Just apply a coat of this on top of your favourite and it will instantly become matte.
