I have been using Loreal extraordinary oil Conditioner for more than 4 years and I am genuinely disheartened by the recent reformulation. The original formula had nourishing oils like coconut, almond, jojoba, and olive. These have now been replaced with cheaper, lightweight oils and extracts such as soybean (soja), sunflower, rose, chamomile, and lotus, which do not provide the same level of nourishment or performance. What is more disappointing is that loreal offers better quality formulations in other markets, while Indian consumers are given a downgraded product at the same or even higher price. Reducing plastic is good, but reducing ingredient quality along with it feels unfair and misleading.
