It claims 16hr Smudge proof

No it isn't, it smudged within 4-5 hours. I agree it moisturizing, highly pigmented, pretty pink, it's not value for money. There are many other option for lipsticks which are smudge proof in this budget like Maybelline vinyl ink lipstick
