I recently placed my first order on Purplle.com for the L’Oréal Professional Liss Unlimited Mask. Unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. The product I received appears to be old stock—the container looks shabby and rusted, which is not what I expected from a reputed platform. To make matters worse, I was charged the latest MRP for an obviously outdated item, which feels completely unfair. I promptly reported the issue and submitted multiple images requesting a return. However, my request was rejected on the grounds that the images were "not clear," despite them clearly showing the product's condition. It seems as though I’m being forced to keep a substandard product, and this experience raises serious concerns about Purplle’s customer care and quality assurance practices.

while ordering I feel the prize is to high but after using it I fell its worth it because My hairs is looking straight and shiny. I love tge product.

Lovely product! been using the same for more than 3-4 years now. My hair was very frizzy and hard to handle, now my hair is well settled and has a winderful shine. Will help dry frizzy and untamed hair. Great buy. Can use regularly and has a great great fragrance which is long lasting! It is cream based so advise applying over hair alone and washing the scalp well after.
