I got a damaged product... Its my 1st tym online shopping... And have a bad experience.... It looks like it is used... I thought I would get a fresh piece

(Jinhe liquid lipsticks nahi pasand par matte look pasand hai unke liye lakme ki ye lipstick best hai. Creamy lipstick se jyada time tak bhi lips par rehti hai) One of the best lipstick in this price range, specially for those who do not like liquid lipsticks but want matte finish. Is red shade ka pink tone hai (blood red shade nahi hai ye) Unfortunately lakme has stopped producing this range anymore.
