I ordered eye shadow tanjore rush but deliver quarter and it's damaged not satisfied

Lakme Eyeshadow palette in Tanjore Rush is not my first time purchase. I had already used this palette way back in the past which encouraged me to buy it the second time. But this time, it was very very disappointing as the quality of this palette had shot down to the dumps. There is no pigment and the shades are very chalky and unbendable. I am not sure if Lakme quality overall for this palette has gone down or it is that I received a faulty piece from Purplle.

The Lakme Eye Color Tanjore Rush is attractive enough & consists of very pretty colors. They are so awesome that every girl should have it. It looks good on any kind of skin.Its worth every penny we spend and infact a very good try as well.Its the best product to have mostly during the wedding season.

I've been looking for an eye-shadow set that contains my favourite colours (green, purple and gold) for a while now and when I saw the Tanjore Rush Eye Color Quartet, I knew I had to have it! The colours are shimmery and vibrant, and the bronze was also a pleasant surprise.. This is one set I know I'm going to use over and over again for the rest of my life!!

I bought this lakme palette for gifting purpose in a wedding. The shades are really unique and pretty. Colors are pigmented and festive kind. All shades are full of shimmers which makes it perfect for night parties .
