pure Matte and waterproof
I really like this budget-friendly eyeliner. It is a pure Matte. Yes, it It takes a little longer to dry, but once dry, it becomes waterproof, and I found this is a budget-friendly option in large quantity.

It's kind of okay product , it doesn't transfer but it smudges a lot , it's not waterproof eyeliner as they mentioned but overall good for the quantity and the price

The lakme ultimate glam eyeliner is good to be for smoother finish, I have used this product for 1 year and keep restocking this . The one thing need to improve is long lasting effect and pigmentation

Very Very Bad
The product is not long-lasting or waterproof as expected. It fades quickly after application and smudges around the eyes, which makes it difficult to use. I am not satisfied with the product quality.
