worst experience being a regular customer of purplle

I placed an order for ivory cream shade but received natural almond shade. And it was clearly written that"replaced with similar item to delivery faster". I have not asked anyone to do so; then why this was done. Now I am trying to returning this but getting no help from the customer care neither getting my money back..

I don't know how can I express my feelings about this compact 😍😍...this is really really really a good compact for daily use ..it stays 4 to 5 hour easily ..this is my favourite compact ..it doesn't oxidised ..not cakey ... fragrance free ...this is the best compact for oily pigmented skin ..it covers your under eye dark circles easily .. Just go for it 😍😍❤️❤️🥰🥰
