I really liked lotus eyeliner. It does not smudge and very easy to use. Its main point is its shine black color which does not go even after 5-6 hrs long stay.

A budget friendly easy to use product.
It's not intense black and gives a matte finish which i don't personally prefer. The felt tip might be easy to use for some but those used to using brushes like me might need a few tries to get it right. The good thing is that it has a soothing effect on eyes and does not irritate them. It is waterproof but easy to wipe off as well.
