I have normal skin, so can't say if it prevents acne or clears out your face effectively... I do like using this, had bought the 60gm pack before, used it up to the last drop by cutting up the tube and scraping every bit out. Bought the 120g pack. It maintains my skin well and reduces the occasional pimple I get.
