nice but not time to deliver

Dear Customer Service, I recently ordered two bottles of shampoo through your online store, and upon receiving the package, I noticed a visible discrepancy in the quantity between the two bottles, as shown in the attached image. Both bottles are labeled as 200 ml, but one clearly contains less product than the other. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise on the next steps for a resolution—whether it's a replacement or a refund. Thank you for your assistance.

I am facing severe hairfall and my hairs are extremely dry.I have used 2 bottles of this shampoo. Now I figured out that this shampoo is drying out my hairs so much and lead to hairfall. I am using hair mask, Conditioner and Hair serum too but still my hairs are so dry because of this shampoo. I strictly do not suggest you to use it. It is very bad

Not effective

Loved the floral beach vibe fragrance. It has got so many natural things stuffed inside a single bottle. The coconut and mimosa works wonders. It makes my hair shiny and bouncy. Also it’s one of the companies who actually care about carbon footprints. Though it shows it’s effect after two-three uses but it’s most suitable for my hair. Would recommend.

This is an amazing product. It smells so fresh. It nourishes hair well. No Friz, no dullness after the wash. Hair turn smooth and soft after every wash. It adds bounce and volume to hair. It cleanses scalp well. It gives required hydration and nourishment to hair. It solves a lot of hair related problems and is one stop solution to them. I liked the phoduct a lot. Also my family members are happy with the product.

I liked this shampoo very much because after few wash only my problem of hair fall has reduced and my hair looks shiny and nourished. The best thing is that it contains the nutrients of coconut and mimosa flowers which are very good for our hair and is also suitable for colour treated hair. It is sulphate and paraben free. Very nice hair cleansing shampoo.

Awesome product by love beauty and planet this shampoo contains coconut water and mimosa flower which leaves good fragrance after washing your hairs it's sulphate free shampoo and yes one more important thing that matter for me is its vegan and cruelty free and as name of the product itself explaining .
