I have placed so many orders before on this app but never had such disappointing experience ! First they deliver a damaged bottle to me and then consistently reject my return request. The customer care services are beyond disappointing! Despite raising multiple requests and registering complaints through customer care support they did not process my return. THIS IS VERY BAD PURPLLE AND TEAM. I am never going to place an order here again. I would suggest you to think wisely before placing an order with them because it seems like they really don't care about customer satisfaction !

I have been using this shampoo for the past two weeks and I can honestly say that this is the best shampoo that I've used till date. It has reduced my hairfall and made my hair smooth and silky. The smell is pleasant and not overpowering. I generally oil my hair before head bath. It lathers well and removes the oil with normal coin sized amount itself and does not make hair dry either which is what matters.
