i got used lipstick n highlighter too there are lots of particles on the case n lipstick seems like someone used it n return it there is no seal on both the packaging neither on highlighter nor on lipstick last time when i bought same highlighter from sephora i got seal on the packaging it means i m the first person to open it n i request please check product before sending.
