Not so good

I thought this product to be a very good one but when it came to me I found the product inside the pot dried out. It is not smooth and I have to literally dig into the pot with the brush to take the product out. It is also very expensive.

the product i recieved was completely dried out. i used purple for the frst time and i am highly disappointed.
