This palette in one word can be defined as WOW!! Colors are so pigmented and buttery soft and easy to blend. You just need a minimal quantity of the shade to create good eye makeup look. It's a combo of smooth matte and shimmer shades. Highly recommend for beginners. For better reference, see the image.
