The product was well packed.It makes hair manageable if the hair is entangled .It is not at all sticky and makes hair shine .It has a strong smell i am okay with that if you guys can't take the strong smell don't go for it. Product was delivered well on time.

Ever since I started exploring heating tools on my hair I m using only one heat protector I.e. matrix biolace serum, believe me it actually protects may b not 100% but yes better than ironing your hair without this serum. I refer all girls who love styling their hair with such heating tools to apply few drops of this serum on hand n spread to your hair(not on scalp) before curling, ironing etc... you can also use this regularly on damp or dry hair for shiny(not super shiny) n manageable hair.

i love all matrix products. i have been searching for a nice serum which suits my hair. Finally after using many serums i have found the right one for my hair type. This matrix one is the best. It makes my hair shiny and frizz free. But you need to use the right quantity depending upon your hair. if you use too much it will weigh down your hair and it will look greasy and oily. you need to use very little amount. This bottle lasts me for a long time a very little product is being used. But if you have oily hair then you need to find another serum for your hair. It will make your hair more oily. I have a very frizzy and dry and rough hair. This serum makes my hair shiny and manageable and very very less frizzy. Sometimes even if I don’t put on a conditioner after shampoo I use this serum and it help to make my hair tamed and manageable. So once in a while if you don’t have time to condition your hair you can shampoo and then put on this serum on wet hair after shampooing. I makes hair very soft and shiny after regular use of this serum I have seen a difference in my hair. The texture of my hair has become better and soft. The shiny feature lasts for about 24 hours and then goes away. But the softness and frizz free lasts for about 2 days. I would recommend this product to those who have dry and frizzy hair. I am very sceptical when it comes to hair products as I have a very sensitive and breakage-prone hair. However, I was looking for serums for quite sometime and after reading reviews about Matrix Biolage, thought of giving it a try. And I was taken totally by surprise!! The serum is very light and non-greasy and makes your hair smooth and noticeably shiny from the very first use...though hair fall was normal in the first try, but after 2-3 uses, you might see some decrease in hairfall. This can vary depending on the hair type, but I can say that I have an oily scalp, and it worked for me, so it will work on most oily tresses! I have long black hair till my waist and live in a humid place. On top of that I love to flaunt my hair open. :( So my hair gets fizzy and dry very often. I always use hair serum to tame the fizz and dryness. I have used many hair serums from livon, garnier, loreal and was satisfied with loreal total repair 5. This serum is so far the best. It is very light weight. So it does not weigh your hair down like serums from many other brands do. Only 2 drops is required for the entire length of hair. It imparts an immediate shine to your hair and the hair looks healthy. It also has mild fragrance. But you need to comb your hair properly to spread the serum evenly. It stays upto 8 hours and an occasional re-combing helps it to stay longer. The only little disadvantage I can found is that it can not handle hair which have lots of split ends. But if you trim your hair regularly, then this product wont disappoint you.

this serum truly exceeds expectations. i have very dry frizzy curly hair and I wasnt really expecting much but this serum surprised me a lot. It instantly smoothens my hair, controls frizz, and adds shine. I dont even have to really work this into my hair..just smoothen it on top and Iam done. It doesnt weigh my hair down even if I use it more and the effects last till my next hair wash. even the quantity provided for the price is good. So Iam loving it and cant say nything negative on this.

I am using Matrix Biolage Deep Smoothing Serum for last few months now and very much satisfied. A small amount does it all (what ever you expect a serum to do at least) and keeps the hair tangle and frizz free. Very light in texture. The hair does not feel sticky afterwards at all. I don't think it will be over soon but after finishing my bottle I surly will re-purchase it.

The serum is really lightweight and doesn't limp down your hair if you overuse it sometime. It will give you soft and tangle free hair. You need to apply very little quantity .
