Very disappointing experience with Purplle support. I received my order with one product missing. I clearly informed customer support that I never received the product and requested re-dispatch, not a return or refund. However, my request has now been rejected, without resolving the issue. How can I return a product that was never delivered to me in the first place? I have paid for the item but neither received the product nor received a refund. This is extremely frustrating. Please investigate the issue properly and either deliver the missing product or refund the amount paid for it.
