It's the best liquid long-lasting liner. It lasts for upto 24 hr a must have in everyone's makeup stash. The matte finish is superb. It's unique pigment technology provides a smudge proof wear. Love the smooth application too.

I used dazzler eyeliner but it's not smudge proof. But this Maybelline newyork colossal bold pencil waterproof eyeliner is amazing product.. it is waterproof and smudge proof. And it worked really good. I recommend all to buy it❤️
