It was very sticky when i bought it. My eyelids used to stick with skin below eyebrows. I stopped using for a week and it got dried out. Useless product.

Horrid product, don,t buy it. Sheer wastage of money. Has hardly any color at all, matte or otherwise. Just watery, runny, barely black liquid.

Horrible. Expensive,Not Smudge Free,Not Long Lasting,Not Pigmented,Difficult to Apply There was only a watery liquid filled inside the packing, on applying it gave no colour.

Not a good product..one of Maybelline's failures!
This eyeliner dries up so very fast even if you use it properly. Doesn't give a good, smooth finish and comes out so very easily. It is not worth the price at all.

I dont find it Matt at all.. its same as hyperglossy
