concealer is easy to use it reduces skin imperfections and help in hiding dark spots smooth in finish reduces dark circles i choose 115 the best shade and it goes with my skin very well.

Urgent Complaint – Received Used/Opened Product
Dear Purplle Support Team, I received a product that appears to be already used/opened, and I also have concerns about its authenticity. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a cosmetic product. I have not used the product myself. The condition of the product indicates that it may have been previously opened/used. I have photographs/videos of the product, packaging, seal and other details as evidence. My return/refund request has already been rejected, but I request you to reconsider and escalate this case to your senior team and investigate the seller/product properly. I am requesting a full refund/replacement and a proper resolution. Please do not close my complaint without investigating the condition and authenticity of the product. Darker shade
Not happy with this product.the colour is not same as shown in picture,its a darker shade .
