does what it says

I bought it because I aim for a no makeup- makuep look most of the time and a good masacara is a big need. But while watching reviews I realised most people have a hard time removing it but I didn't have the issue because I used moisturiser to melt the mascara. Also, this one is a true waterproof mascara.
