Never expected from purplle

I received the product old and the seal was open as well. and they don't accept returns? Not gonna purchase anymore on purplle for sure. I know other products are fine, but what's the point in no exchange when the product itself is no use?! The product doesn't like real. Pushing out their old stock. I would not give even one star for this. I bought other products as well, dey were good, neatly packed and sealed. No customer satisfaction as well. Never gonna purchase in purplle anymore. Nykaa has never got me down. Very genuine.

Expensive Not for Daily Use Packaging is Blah!
