I am one of those people who wears eyeliner and kajal every single day of my life. I have used quite a lot of different brands but ever since I got the moda cosmetics eyeliner, I stuck to this. This is the only eyeliner that stands true to its claims. It is literally waterproof and does not budge once its sets in place. it is super pigmented and creamy and glides on my eyelids like a dream. it does not tug and applies so easily.
