I received the Naturali Andi Hairfall Hair Mask with Rosemary, Biotin, Ginseng today 13 October 2026, but the product appears to be defective. The texture is unusually watery instead of having a smooth, creamy consistency, and it contains visible lumps. The product does not appear to be in its expected condition. Please do the needful purple.
