Neutrogena Fine Fairness Toner is effective to make uneven skin tone even , fair and seems to be slowly reducing pigmentation and dark patches ..excellent ..and being dermatological lay tested , I don need to consult a doc and and waste money. Wish it could improve our genetic color too...say make us two to three shades lighter and fairer...
