This one seems the best lip balm in this range. No shine, no colour n no fragrance... Hydrates n nourishes the lips well... It keeps lips moisturise for around 6 to 8 hrs... I had dry chapped lips but now my lips looks clean, soft n healthy...cant get better than this...highly recommended...

I have always had a problem with chapped lips, especially during winters.
