Seller is sending damaged and used items every time
Nothing wrong with Product. Seller is sending damaged and used items every time. I ordered replacement after I got a used product. Then again the replacement was another used product. What to do ? How can purplle allow such sellers to sell their products ? This is really embarrassing. This is my favourite product. Unbelievable.
