I applied 2 coats.Its gel.and has tiny glitter particles but muted doesn't look flashy.Its caramel comour..slightly warm toned.Lookes amazing and I feel will suit all skintones.Buy it you will love it.check attached pics for ref. Exactly as shown in the Ad as well.
