I Expect it would be Matte. I give it 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 It's Shiny, Glittery. But it's Good Eyeliner. when I saw the Eyeliner after receive. I was Upset, bcz it's not matte.But when I applied on my Eyes it's give a different look not much Shiny not much matte give a Smart Look...I Like it 😘 & I'll Definitely order next time. It would have been better if it was Matte....

I want matte dark green but it's shimmery shine matte liner or dark bhi nhi hai but it's ok😍😘
