✨so i am going to give a very proper detailed review here to help others out there ! this eyeliner is not a shiny or pearly or glossy or any shiny matte it is pure powder like ice matte finish. 1) i have uploaded a picture where i just applied 2) other picture is where it has dried very properly and settled into a ice matte. it is not water proof but resistant personally i felt like such way. it is very dark pigmented! it has a nialpolish like wand brush .. if any of you like very ice matte finish like ..you shoukd definately go for this price is so niceand also its hard to find such product and formula is good for all eye types is not drying..just remeber to use majeup remover wipes or micellar water to remove its left behind stains !! also it takes 1 minute to properly settle down but amazing product !!!
