A total scam by the company and the platform
This product was sent broken to us we applied for return 3 times all those times the reason was the pictures are not available. the platform doesn't allow me to Apply for a refund if we don't attach photos so I don't know what they were even on about but after 3 grueling days they rejected, saying it comes under their policy when I asked the customer support they didn't help me in any way and refuse to share the policy and when they did they said it's a user inflicted damage which is an offending statement because all the fault lies in their delivery partner or their packaging not us. The loss of their fault is now my burden. I've been a loyal customer for 8 years and I have never experienced such humiliating experience from any platform ever I won't be buying from a company that doesn't respect the trust of their customers or their time and money. Given below is the product they sent and the resolution they gave
