if you want a shine matte look then I will recommend you hot hazel 23. It's not waterproof . If you will apply one coat it will give you a shiny look and give a light color and if you will apply two coat then it will give you a shiny matte look and give a deep color.. so you can use it for all purpose... so it worth it...
