The outer packaging with the little hearts is the cutest I would have loved it if the clear case also had the little hearts and it has a pleasant fragrance.But I like lipbalms which have a thick consistency and are sticky but this feels like water on the lips which I'm not the biggest fan of. edit: the clear case broke within the first month.
