Amazing budget eyeliner

I have sweaty eylids and most of the eyeliners smudge and transfers to eyelids...but this one works amazing.. it doesn't smudhe or transfer and even i washed my face and it remains intant whole day amazing product ..must go for it i bought colour black and brown

its not complete matte. but its water proof, smudge proof, long lasting & the brown colour is also nice. it looks like brown and not black like other brown liners that i have used. thank you ny bae ❀️

creamy brown eyeliner , water proof

nice travel friendly packaging , really nice creamy texture while application. . followed by matte finish brown colour. waterproof stays fr a good 8 hrs . highly recommended
