beauty!
it's a beautiful navy blue shade near to black, very much pigmented, easily glides and stays for eternity! I used it like a base of eye shadow, blended quickly on my lids and layered with a green chorme shadow, then on top of that used as a liner. I'm satisfied with the end result, highly highly recommended. the only con is the tip of the brush, it could be made a little more precise. overall it's a great liner in this price!
