Smudge proof and cost effective 😍
It isn't white, it's pearl white with subtle shimmer. I like it but was expecting it to be pure white like chalk. It does look classy and makes definite lines. Best part about it is, it's smudge proof.

I'm giving it 3 stars, because it is little watery.. but it's pigmentation is good, it's pure dark white..also it's not water proof, if you'll rub it it'll go off.. but it's smudge free, but worth buying, value for money is good 👍
