it is my third purchase from purple ,the packing was always awesome delivered on time. About the product it is good received same as shown in figure quality wise also I found it good till now I used only once but in one use also it is showing effect hair fall reduce a little and hairs became shiny may it will more good results when I used it continue 3 to 4 times .
