I have started using this a month ago and I can't explain how much my skin has changed, there is not much difference between spf 30 & 50 ulyou can use spf 30 and it will do it's work, this sunscreen makes you swet but if you don't have problem is sweating then this is best (also there one for oily skin as well) I really like this one it's affordable and effective
