I love the conditioner as much as the shampoo. It completely softens the hair and its more manageable, but I am not sure if it can weigh down your hair because I have always had hair fall, so not sure whether this can be effective for hair fall, but as far as calming and softening, this product does wonder. It does what it claims. It smells lovely. You can let your hair down after this product.

Used for the first time ... this organix keratin therapy conditioner feels my hair awesome after using it.. nice product
