How to Use: 1. Place the sleeves of your dress comfortably. 2. Remove the adhesive peel-off strips 2. Stick pad inside of cloth 3. Press the pad to enhance adhesion. 4. Replace the pad after 5-6 hours if you sweat too much. 5. Do not reuse the pad. Note: -Please tear off the pad before putting your cloths in the washing machine. Do not let the pad get completely wet, otherwise it will be difficult to tear.
