Go ahead and buy it!
The packaging of these matte balms is the same as any chubby stick/jumbo lip pencil format with a twist up mechanism. I love this format, as the pencil gives more precision during application and no sharpening is required! No product wastage! :-) The matte outer packaging is in the same color as the color of the lip balm, which makes it easier to find it in your stash! This lip balm has excellent pigmentation. One swipe is enough to cover my pigmented lips. You can further build it up, if you want to, without it appearing patchy. Please restock so that i can repurchase it :)

amzing color :-)
i am too impressed with the staying power of this lip balm, and 1 more thing the color looks the same as its packaging.
