I have been a long term user of this conditioner. I have very dry hair, condition worsened by daily swimming in chlorinated water. I have found this conditioner creamy and easy to apply. It leaves my hair soft after application. However, I do wish they would have a size in between their small bottle and this mega-size jar. As I have very short hair, it last for more than 2 years.

Good conditioner and money value pack
I have always been a fan of the conditioner in small packs with a bit of crib about the cost. The 1000 ML packs is economic and also allows me to use generously.
