Old product given
I received this product yesterday, and I am extremely disappointed with its condition. The item looks old, dirty, and appears used or poorly stored. The packaging is scratched, and the seal is not in acceptable condition for a newly delivered product. This is not what I expected when ordering a professional hair treatment. I am highly concerned about the hygiene and effectiveness of this product in its current state. This is a Schwarzkopf BC Bonacure Color Freeze Treatment, and I expected a fresh, well-packaged item, not one that looks like it’s been sitting on a shelf or returned by another customer. I would like to return this product immediately and request a full refund or a replacement with a new, sealed, and clean item. Please take this feedback seriously, as this reflects poorly on both the seller and the platform.
