best eyeliner

The eyeliner is waterproof and i love its consistency. As it says jet black it is black in colour which also long lasting. If you are looking for a sketch eyeliner you should definitely go for this. The eyeliner pen covering is in a shade of pink which makes it sooo adorable. Totally loved the product . most recommended product.
