I love this product! Its one of the best things to use if you have severe period cramps like me where you feel your intestines are being sucked by vicious nature of painful periods! Jokes apart it actually works within half an hour make sure to put it in areas you experience excess pain and it will work for you. You can also think of not taking a leave from work and snuggling in your blankets. Trust me it's that effective!

I am a PCOS patient and had severe cramps during the 1st and 2nd day of my periods. Somedays it was bad enough to just lie down in bed the whole day. I got a sample of this from Purplle and tried it as soon as i started getting the cramps, it didn't help me much. On my next periods, i tried it before the actual pain started, and then it worked. Since then, i have bought many packets of these and i wear it just before the actual pain starts (an hour or 2 after period starts), this way it helps minimize the pain. For people who dnt have much cramps can cut the strip into half and use it .

Serona is a miracle product. Have tried so many things for menstrual cramps but finally only Serona worked like magic. The heat induction is high. The only con of this thing is that it smells like Amrutanjan.
