usually i suffer from a lot of pain and mood swings during my periods. i have used this oil for two months and it really helped me ease my pain.. the fragrance is also very nice.. doesnt hurt the nose.. rather i find it nice to smell... the oil is to be used on the pulse points.. its effective !! must try :)

Hi, I recently purchased PMS relief roll on. Honestly I was not sure what to expect from the product. It is only when i started using it religiously, I found a difference. I use at least for 5 to 6 days in those days continuously and it certainly makes me feel less irritable and anxious. I think it is the essential oils which have do seem an effect. The key point is to use it contiguously for few days and 3 times a day.. Do give it a try and it doesnt finish off easily.. I still have half bottle left. I use on my temples, wrist and behind my ears. These are all pulse points.
