Earthy
The smell is very earthy, woody and wild. Now patchouli is one of my favorite essential oils.

I was under the impression that Patchouli will have a woody flavour. But it didn't smell woody for me. But gives a fresh aroma when applied on pulse points with the carrier oil. Stays for 8 hrs, which is actually good. Reason for giving 3 stars is because i was expecting a woody flavour but its different fresh aroma.
