Not satisfied . got broken stick

product is good ... but i got broken stick .. that's very disappointing.. i bought it 2 times and both stick was broken . and there's no return policy .. I was trying to return but failed.. so i want to tell u plz send product in good condition . u are not giving me Free of cost.. i pay for this so i want good product.
