A good buy!!
I've always had wanted my mail paint to have the*shiny* look even after two days from the application...Stay Quirky top coat does just that!! :) A good buy not heavy on the pocket either! I'm definitely buying another one to keep in stock add Stay Quirky products get sold out very fast!!!
